How is each call counted?
By the second, while the call is connected: a call of 1 minute and 20 seconds counts as 80 seconds, not 2 minutes.
What if I run out of minutes?
You top up extra minutes at your plan’s rate (+ VAT if applicable): COP 590 on Starter, COP 490 on Growth, COP 430 on Scale, and COP 400 on Enterprise.
What are concurrent calls?
How many conversations your agent can have at the same time. Starter allows 1, Growth 2, Scale 3, and Enterprise 5.
Do I need a +57 number?
It’s optional and quoted separately on every plan. Email us and we’ll walk you through the options.
Is there a minimum term?
Starter and Growth are month to month. Scale and Enterprise have a minimum term of 3 months.
